Guest Beer Agreement Portal

Welcome to the Guest Beer Agreement Portal, brought to you by SIBA. This portal provides tied pub tenants in Scotland with information on the beer brands that meet the Guest Beer Agreement's requirements and that breweries wish to make available in Scotland.

The Guest Beer Agreement is part of the Scottish Pubs Code. It permits Scottish tied pub tenants to enter into an agreement with pub operating businesses, allowing them to sell at least one beer chosen by the tenant as long as the brand meets the production criteria specified in the regulations.

Pub Tenants

If you're a pub tenant in Scotland, you can register here and read our useful guide on the Guest Beer Agreement portal. On successful registration, you will be emailed further details.

Breweries with brands no more than 5,000hl

If you're a brewery wishing to have your brands added to the portal, you can read the guide on adding brands here and you can register here. If you're a SIBA member, please use this form if you're on Beerflex or this one if you're not.

Pub companies and other parties

Pub operating businesses and other parties can register here. On successful registration, you will be emailed further details.
